Your Rights:
To receive an examination of your mouth , teeth and gums. we will then discuss treatment options if necessary and involve you every step of the way. A detailed treatment plan and charges will be discussed and provided in writing.
If you are unhappy with the treatment you have received at our practice, please speak in confidence to a member of our reception team or to the dentist involved over the phone . We will do our best to resolve your problem . Alternatively, if you do not feel comfortable speaking to our staff, you can write to us at our practice address and we will acknowledge your complaint within 3 working days . We will then investigate your complaint and respond back to you within 10 working days.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITY
- Follow the advice given by the dentist and achieve good oral and dental health.
- Pay your fees on time.
- Respect our staff and speak to them with courtesy at all times
