Meet the team
Mr Robert Raeburn - Principle
Robert qualified form the Royal London Medical College in 1985. He worked as an associate in a practice in Tring for 5 years and then took over the practice from his Father in March 1991. He has grown the practice from a single surgery to a three surgery practice over the years. His special interest is in Prosthetics.
Dr Gauri Patki -
Gauri Qualified from University of Pune, India in 1996. She joined Dr Raeburns dental surgery in 2009 and currently works there part time providing general dental care to all her patients. Gauri has a calm and caring approach and is enthusiastic about all aspects of dentistry. She has undertaken additional training in facial aesthetics and offers anti wrinkle and filler treatments. Gauri regularly attends dental educational meetings and courses allowing her to stay abreast of current developments in dentistry.
Pavi Sagoo - General Dentist
Dr. Pavi Sagoo graduated from the University of Wales in 2000 and brings over 20 years of expertise to her patients. With a passion for minimally invasive cosmetic dentistry, Dr. Pavi consistently hones her skills through advanced training with globally recognized clinicians. Her specialties include tooth straightening, whitening, smile makeovers, composite and porcelain veneers, and facial aesthetics.
She has completed prestigious courses such as the Composite Bonding program with award-winning Dr. Monik Vasant, the Minimally Invasive Smile Series with renowned Dr. Rhona Eskander, and The Patient Journey course with Dr. Raabiha Mann and Salik. Dr. Pavi is also a proud graduate of the Designing Smiles program led by Dentist of the Year 2022, Dr. Manrina Rhode, and remains an active member of Dr. Manrina’s academy.

Padmoney Shunmugam - Dentist
Padmoney (Padi) Shunmugam BDS (Wits, South Africa 1994 )
Padi is a general dentist with 25 years experience carrying out both NHS and private cosmetic work. She has a very gentle and approachable persona and this is extremely helpful especially with nervous patients. She has completed a cosmetic course on Smilefast composite anterior veneers and also on lip fillers and anti-wrinkle injection treatments and is in the process of expanding her dentistry to offer the Six Month Smile and Invisible Aligner orthodontic treatment. When she is not working, she enjoys quality time with her family and friends, travelling and baking with her son.
Aayush Shah - Dentist
I am a dentist with a special interest in hygiene therapy, focusing on helping patients achieve healthy gums and confident smiles.
I enjoy creating tailored treatment plans that empower patients to take control of their oral health, as I believe healthy gums are the foundation of a healthy mouth, dental health and successful dental treatments including cosmetic dentistry.
My approach is a collaborative effort, working closely with patients to guide them toward their goals.
Outside of work I enjoy football, exploring new destinations and unwinding with a good TV show. I speak seven languages and am currently learning Spanish to expand my linguistic skills. On my days off, you might find me taking long drives at sunset, listening to music, or relaxing on the sofa with a cup of tea in hand.
